1. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) Disclaimer

Middle Peninsula Geospatial Imaging LLC (MPGI) is a provider of aerial imagery, 3D modeling, and geospatial data.

• Important: MPGI is not a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.

• The data, maps, and models provided are for preliminary planning, site visualization, and progress monitoring purposes only.

• Our deliverables do not constitute a legal survey and should not be used to establish property boundaries, legal descriptions, or for any purpose requiring a state-licensed survey.

2. Accuracy & Data Warranty

While MPGI utilizes high-precision equipment and software (such as WebODM), all geospatial data is subject to inherent margins of error.

• Data is provided "as-is" without a guarantee of absolute accuracy.

• Clients are responsible for verifying all measurements with a licensed professional before beginning construction or making legal property claims.

3. FAA Compliance & Pilot Authority

All flight operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations.

• The Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) has final authority over all flight operations.

• Missions may be delayed or cancelled due to weather, GPS interference, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns at the RPIC’s discretion.

4. Privacy & Data Use

MPGI respects the privacy of neighboring properties.

• Aerial operations are focused strictly on the client’s designated project area.

• Any incidental capture of persons or property outside the project scope is treated as background data and is not used for commercial identification.

• Clients must ensure they have legal access or permission for the property being filmed.

5. Limitation of Liability

MPGI, its owners, and operators shall not be held liable for any damages—including financial loss or construction errors—resulting from the use or interpretation of provided aerial data.
